4]-All donations made towards the server are non-refundable. Also, we take no responsibility after you have a change of mind when you don't want the items you've already spent your Game coins (Gold) for we do not exchange.

5]-Hacking is prohibted, anything that is similar to, or is a type of massive hack, respawn hack,ip flood,ddos,dos, console and other abnormal gameplay is NOT allowed.

6]-Spamming of the lobbies and/or channels is not allowed, and spamming the administrator while he is in the middle of work is not allowed.

7]-Disrespecting the administrators/moderators and/or other members will get you banned.

8]-Rejoining consistantly after warning in order to avoid death in PVP rooms, will get you banned.

9]-Swapping/Power leveling is not Allowed, if caught level reset will be placed on your character.

10]-Glitch and/or abnormal gameplay is Not allowed.

11]-Advertising links of other games,Hacks,adult sites and warez is Not allowed.

12]-Gosu Games carries no responsibility of your account's security, if you give out your password, you are putting your account in jeopardy of being stolen.

13]-Gosu Games reserves the right to remove anyone's access to the GunZ service for any reason.

14]-Gosu Games reserves the right to Ban your account for 7 days, for consistent rejoining rooms to avoid death's after losing in game (Dying).
